Movigo® is a software utilized for configuration and programming of the dPLC controller, in which we can find such features as:

  • Easy configuration
    • Networking. Define the type of fieldbus protocol you want to use, Modbus/TCP, Ethernet/IP(1), RS485, etc...
    • Define the type of expansion slot you want to use at each slot. Choose from discrete IO, analog or dSTEP expansion cards.
    • Configure the controller for stepper motor control; current, feedback resolution, etc.
    • Advanced motor feedback configuration. Set resolution, network size, assign encoder number to each motor into the same network, manage the IO at the encoder (a motor with IO option must be used for this)
    • GCode setup. Manage the GCode files.
  • GCode execution. This can be implemented combined with motion instructions, facilitating combined operations such as [Pick & Place loading - GCode controlled dispensing or welding - Pick & Place uploading] and using the same robot.
  • Online editing with advanced debug tools. The execution of a sequence programming can be monitored online, the flow of the program execution can be run step by step or altered while online.
  • Laser welding support. The dPLC can drive laser welding applications implemented using Leister technologies® (and other vendors) laser devices, and Movigo® software supports this capability on an easy to understand manner.
  • Selective soldering applications
    • Includes driver for soldering iron controllers (RS-232) from JBC tools
  • Material dispensing.
  • Pick and place control.
  • Torque control for pneumatic cylinder mimicking
